What are your bags made of?
Our bags are crafted from premium cotton canvas and finished with quality hardware. Each piece is made with care in small batches.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard US shipping typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $200.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at nevelsonbrand@gmail.com to start a return.
I never received my order confirmation email
This usually happens when the email address entered at checkout contains a typo. Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at nevelsonbrand@gmail.com with your name and order details, and we'll resend the confirmation right away.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible at nevelsonbrand@gmail.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
