Refund policy

At Nevelson, every piece is crafted with precision and care. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and dust bag.

Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us before shipping anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

A $15 handling fee applies to all returns. This fee is waived if you opt for store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at nevelsonbrand@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
  3. Ship your item in its original packaging and dust bag. Please ensure the item is unused and in the same condition you received it.
  4. Your return will be processed within 10–15 business days of arriving at our facility.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different style or color, please return your original item and place a new order on our website. Store credit may be applied to your new purchase.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected to confirm it is in original, unused condition. Please allow 10–15 business days for your return to be processed, plus an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit refunds are final and cannot be converted to a cash refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Sample Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, or are missing original packaging
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at nevelsonbrand@yahoo.com with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.

Return fees are waived for all confirmed defective or incorrect items. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of receiving a return label.

International Orders

Nevelson currently ships within the United States only. If you have questions about a domestic order, please reach out to us directly.
