All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders after confirmation has been sent if we are unable to fulfill the order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other circumstances.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Nevelson is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
