Shipping policy

 

    We want your Nevelson piece to reach you safely and promptly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship.  

 
 

Where We Ship

 

Nevelson currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not available at launch — follow @by.nevelson for updates on future availability.

 

Processing Time

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

During high-demand periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

 

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

 

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will look into it on your behalf.

 

Packaging

 

Every Nevelson piece is packaged with the same care and intention that goes into crafting it. Your order will arrive in our signature packaging, including a protective dust bag. We do not include invoices or pricing information inside the package, making every order gift-ready.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Nevelson is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the delivery.

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at nevelsonbrand@yahoo.com with photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

If your tracking shows your package is lost in transit and has not been delivered, please reach out to us and we will file a claim with the carrier and assist you with a replacement or refund.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

 

Need to update your shipping address or cancel an order? Please contact us as soon as possible at nevelsonbrand@yahoo.com. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
